Returns & Refunds policy

At Heaven Saffron, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering our products with the highest standards of quality, purity, and packaging. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product delivered is expired or defective.

Note: Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (like saffron, shilajit, dry fruits, and herbal items), we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of taste or smell

  • Opened or used products

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must initiate the return request within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • A photo or video proof of the issue must be shared.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us via:

Provide your:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting images/videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, our support team will guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank or payment account again.

  • Then contact your bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

6. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Shipping for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the error was on our part.

  • In the case of a defective or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup.
